The Time is Now

We have been entrusted with a message of truth and hope, and there are thousands of people waiting to hear it. We live in a place and a time of immense opportunity – but opportunity is always fleeting. Time is of the essence. By choosing to sacrifice now, we can reduce the financial burden on ourselves and the next generation. This will bring freedom to make an even deeper impact on Northeast Pennsylvania.

In 2009 we expanded and renovated our Clarks Summit Campus, as well as acquired and retrofitted our Dickson City Campus. We raised and borrowed the necessary  money to complete these projects. We also planned to raise funds in the future to reduce the debt that was incurred. We believe now is the time to begin paying down this debt. By doing this over the next three years, we will save thousands of dollars that would otherwise be paid in interest, gaining the freedom to pursue our mission unencumbered in the years ahead.

To facilitate this, we launched a capital campaign in the fall of 2011. This campaign will fund the following projects: debt service, early debt payments, and future needs.

The financial commitment and sacrifice of so many people to God’s work through Parker Hill has been amazing. As we move forward with this faithfulness, we will be taking some significant steps in our ministry. We believe that God has a great future for Parker Hill Community Church as we continue to help people find the way back to Him.
