Worship Gatherings

Worship.  This word evokes many different definitions and responses.  Like it or not, we all approach “worship” with a particular bias.  If you think you don’t, check your pulse!  This is usually based on our upbringing, our particular denominational slant, our good and bad experiences, or our own personal preferences.

But what if we put all those aside for a moment.  What if there were no such descriptors as traditional, contemporary, liturgical, or postmodern?  What if we were to enter the worship environment with one simple cry of our heart – to absolutely adore God and engage with Him.  We attempt to do just that during our weekend worship gatherings at Parker Hill through a variety of creative avenues.

We know.  We didn’t answer the questions some still have.  So, are you contemporary or traditional? Well, you’re just going to have to come and find out.  Because we’re not sure there is a word for who we are!
